Madhya Pradesh News: In Indore, the Union Minister of State said that on August 15, about 75 lakh people across the country will take a pledge not to take drugs under the drug de-addiction campaign. Under this, 272 districts across the country have been identified.
In a program organized in Indore under the Pradhan Mantri Swa Nidhi Yojana Mahotsav, Union Expiration Minister Kaushal Kishore said that in March 2020, when the period of corona epidemic was going on, in the first phase, 10 thousand rupees loan without interest for street vendors. The scheme of giving was started. Under the Prime Minister’s Self Nidhi Yojana, ‘Swa Nidhi Mahotsav’ is being organized in 75 cities of the country including Indore on Saturday.
In this ongoing event at Rabindra Natya Griha, a song was launched on Prime Minister’s Self Nidhi. Hundreds of beneficiaries of this scheme participated in the program. By taking advantage of this scheme, four beneficiaries of the city who have paid a loan of Rs 10,000 for the first phase and Rs 20,000 for the second phase, will also be given a loan of Rs 50,000. These four beneficiaries have started vegetable, fruit and fast food and other businesses by taking loans.

Must take a pledge not to take drugs
Along with this, he gave the example of his son’s death due to intoxication and said that today the youth of the country is getting caught in this quagmire of drugs. Therefore, all of us should unite against them and join this campaign of drug de-addiction and take a pledge not to take drugs and also urge other people not to take drugs.

The views of BJP leaders on prohibition are not matching
The Union Minister of State said that there was prohibition in the country from 1977 to 1980. At that time, those who were addicted to alcohol, they started consuming many types of intoxicating drugs and drugs. The minister said that I am not in favor of closing the shops. I am in favor of stopping being a drug addict. In Madhya Pradesh, there is talk of prohibition by BJP leaders on one side. On the one hand, many leaders in Madhya Pradesh are not in favor of prohibition. Due to which the views of the leaders of the party do not seem to match.
