Jharkhand Triple Murder Case: The RPF jawan convicted in the triple murder case in Jharkhand’s Barkakana has been sentenced to death. Ramgarh Additional District and Sessions Judge I has sentenced Jawan Pawan Kumar Singh to death under section 302. Along with this, the court has also punished the accused jawan with 10 years imprisonment under section 307.
Fine of 10-10 thousand
The court of Ramgarh Additional District and Sessions Judge I Sheshnath Singh has also sentenced seven years imprisonment in the Arms Act case (Jharkhand Triple Murder Case). Along with this, a fine of 10-10 thousand rupees has also been imposed. The court has said in its order that if the accused jawan does not pay the fine, he will have to undergo an additional sentence of one year each.
Case of 17 August 2019 (Jharkhand Triple Murder Case)
It may be noted that on August 17, 2019, RPF Jawan Pawan Singh shot his landlord, his wife as well as a pregnant woman and two other people. The pregnant woman, the landlord and his wife were killed in the incident. While two people were injured. The RPF jawan, a resident of Bihar, had absconded after the incident. The accused was arrested by the police 8 months after the incident.

killed for milk
After the incident, the family members of the railway worker had told that the RPF jawan had come to their house to ask for milk after getting drunk. His father told the young man that there was no milk left. After this Pawan Kumar Singh started abusing and started firing. The whole family was shattered after the incident. He says that even today, remembering this incident, he gets scared.

After investigation in the case, the police filed a charge sheet in the Ramgarh court. After hearing the incident, the court convicted the accused RPF jawan Pawan Kumar Singh in the triple murder case. The court convicted the accused on 13 March 2023. The sentence in this case was pronounced on Thursday.
