Jharkhand: Jharkhand Police has registered a case against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and his two sons MP Manoj Tiwari, Director of Deoghar airport and others. These people have been accused of forcibly entering the airport’s ATC and using their influence to get clearance. The case was registered at Kunda police station on September 1 on the complaint of security affected Suman Anand. Told that these people violated all security standards by entering the ATC office.
MPs alighted from chartered plane
Kunda police station in-charge Praveen Kumar says that after the complaint, a case has been registered against nine people including both MPs Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari and airport director under sections 336, 447 and 448 of IPC. Let us inform that many people including MPs Dr Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari and Kapil Mishra had reached Dumka to meet the relatives of Ankita, who died in the petrol attack. Now the matter is said to be related to breaching the security of the airport in Jharkhand. During this, the MP had landed at the Deoghar airport in a chartered plane and both the sons were also with them.

FIR registered against 9 people

They have been accused of forcibly taking clearance while returning in the evening even though the Deoghar airport does not have night take off or landing facilities.
