Under this scheme, complaints of passengers like cleanliness, dirty blankets and bad food in trains will be redressed.

The scheme will be started from the capital Delhi
At present, the work of complaints of catering, dirty blankets and cleanliness was looked after by IRCTC, but now the Railway Board will appoint a contractor for these problems. Tell that, this scheme will be started from the capital Delhi, this scheme will be started in about 245 trains running from Delhi, after which it will be implemented in all the zones of the railway.
A total of 1,21,754 complaints related to cleanliness were registered.
Indian Railways is insisting on this scheme because for some time, the railways had started receiving a lot of complaints about dirt and bad food, after which the railways decided to start this scheme. Explain that, from April 2022 to October 2022, Railways had received a total of 1,21,754 complaints related to cleanliness, out of which more than 9,000 complaints were from Western Railway. Whereas 14,000 complaints were received from Northern Railway. Indian Railways is trying to reduce the problems of passengers by implementing this scheme.
