Gas Leakage In Visakhapatnam: Big news of gas leak is coming out in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. According to reports, this is the second such incident in two months. In this incident, 94 people are being treated in various hospitals. According to the information received, 53 people are admitted in government hospitals due to the gas leak, while 41 people are being treated in the hospital. According to Anakapalle District Medical and Health Officer Hemant, at present 53 patients are admitted in the hospital and all have been examined.

According to the information received, most of the patients complain of difficulty in breathing, nausea, vomiting. According to Anakapalle police, some women fell ill after they were informed about the gas leak at the company located in Achutapuram. The women have been admitted to a local hospital. The unconscious female employees of the company were taken by ambulance to a nearby private hospital.

not allowed inside the premises
Police are waiting for APPCB officials to assess the situation. During this time no one is allowed inside the premises. Andhra Pradesh Industries Minister Gudivada Amarnath has spoken to the officials regarding the incident and directed them to provide better treatment to the victims. According to the reports, the place where the poisonous gas has leaked is a cloth manufacturing company.

2 months ago more than 200 women laborers fainted
It is worth noting that on June 3, a similar incident took place where more than 200 women laborers had fainted. It was then suspected that ammonia gas had leaked from the nearby Porus Laboratories unit. Soon after the incident a team of experts from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology in Hyderabad visited the laboratory and conducted tests to find out the cause of the leak.
