Mumbai ED Confidential Files Leak: ED has arrested two employees of its Mumbai office. He is accused of leaking confidential documents to Pune’s businessman Amar Moolchandani.

Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate has Mumbai Major action has been taken against two employees of the office. Ed Has arrested these of its employees. He is accused of leaking extremely confidential and secret files. The ED has found evidence that these two employees are Pune-based businessman and former director of Sewa Vikas Co-operative Bank. Amar Mulchandani Was in contact with and was sharing some very important information through him. In this case, apart from both the ED employees, the driver of Amar Moolchandani has also been arrested.
In the month of January, the ED had taken action against Amar Mulchandani, former director of Seva Vikas Co-operative Bank in Pimpri Chinchwad area adjacent to Pune and some board of directors. Raids were conducted at their locations. On the basis of fake documents, loans were disbursed from the bank to their loved ones in a sloppy manner and in return, Amar Moolchandani and the directors he met had their pockets filled. In this way, a total scam of more than 400 crores was done.

These two ED employees were in touch with Pune businessman’s driver
Five people including Moolchandani were also arrested in this case. Moolchandani came out on bail some time back. Once again, the possibility of action being taken against him by the ED was being expressed. In such a situation, the ED had received information that by luring these two employees of ED’s Mumbai office to make evidence disappear, they were getting some files leaked from them and were getting updates related to the ongoing investigation against them.
Moolchandani’s driver along with both ED employees arrested
ED officials got an inkling that these two employees were in touch with Amar Moolchandani’s driver. After this, both of them started being monitored. When concrete evidence was found that both of them had sold some documents to Moolchandani, the ED took action against them and arrested both of them. Apart from these two, Moolchandani’s driver has also been arrested and investigation has been started.
