According to the PTI report, the passengers alighted from the SpiceJet flight that returned from Hyderabad to Delhi started walking on the runway. DGCA ordered an inquiry
Passengers did not get the bus after the plane landed from Hyderabad, after which many passengers started walking from the tarmac to the terminal. At the same time, as soon as the information about this incident came to light, aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has ordered an inquiry.

At the same time, on this matter, the airline company SpiceJet said that there was a slight delay in the arrival of the buses, but after their arrival all the passengers were taken to the terminal building. SpiceJet said that despite repeated requests from the staff, some passengers started walking towards the terminal. They must have walked only a few meters when the buses arrived. After this they were taken by buses.
For information, let us tell you that passengers are not allowed to walk on the road in the runway area of Delhi airport, as it may pose a safety hazard. Airlines therefore use buses to transport passengers from aircraft to terminal or from terminal to aircraft.
