The Punjab government has started an important effort to stop the Delhi March program of farmer organizations on 13 February. There will be an important meeting with farmer organizations today. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will mediate between farmer organizations and the central government. The demands of the farmers will be considered in this meeting. Central government committee members will also be present in the meeting. This important meeting will be held at 5 pm in Punjab Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration, Sector 26, Chandigarh.
Farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher has released a video and informed that the Chief Minister of Punjab has called us to Chandigarh today for a meeting. Along with the Chief Minister of Punjab, three central ministers will also be present in this meeting.
Before the preparations for the Delhi March on 13 February, efforts have started to mobilize the United Kisan Morcha (Non-Political) and the Punjab Kisan Mazdoor Morcha.

Farmers accused the center
Kisan-Laborer Sangharsh Morcha leader Sarwan Singh Pandher said that around 9 pm on Wednesday night, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, DGP and other top officials contacted Jagjit Singh Dallewal. In the WhatsApp conference, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann himself said that he is trying to talk to the farmers along with the Centre, after which the central delegation will reach Punjab Bhawan this evening.
Addressing journalists in Chandigarh, Dallewal alleged that when the government repealed the three agricultural laws, it had promised to provide legal guarantee of Minimum Support Price (MSP). Dallewal said that the government is not fulfilling its promises due to pressure from the corporate sector. He said that farmers across the country are now preparing for this.

Apart from the Chief Secretary, senior officials of Agriculture Department, Revenue Department, Cooperative Department, Industry and Commerce Department, Rural Development Department, Water Resources Department, Home and Justice Department, Police, Transport, Food Supply and Environment Department will also participate in this meeting. Apart from this, a delegation of senior farmer leaders has been asked to attend this meeting. The central and state governments will try to postpone the decision of March 13.
