Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi
The Narendra Modi led NDA government brought a white paper on the Indian economy in the Lok Sabha yesterday. It will be discussed today. The NDA government has come out with a white paper keeping in mind the condition of India's economy during the Congress-led UPA government and what kind of improvements the Bharatiya Janata Party-led NDA government has made in it. The Indian government says that the economy that the NDA inherited in 2014 was in a bad state.
The government claims that the economy that the UPA government inherited from the Vajpayee government in 2004 was in a healthy condition and was ready for major reforms, but the UPA government worsened the condition of India's economy in 10 years. The Modi-led NDA government in its white paper has questioned the leadership of the UPA government and called it in crisis. The white paper also mentions the incident when Rahul Gandhi tore an ordinance brought by the Government of India.
