Election Commission gave recognition to AAP
The Election Commission has given Aam Aadmi Party the status of a recognized party in Goa. In this regard, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that after getting this status in another state, AAP will get the status of a national party.

Arvind Kejriwal said in his official tweet that after Delhi and Punjab, AAP is now a recognized regional party in Goa as well. If we get recognition in another state, we will be officially declared a ‘National Party’. I congratulate all the volunteers for their hard work. I thank people for showing faith in AAP.
letter received from election commission
At the same time, Kejriwal has received a letter from the Election Commission. It said that on the basis of the performance in the Goa Legislative Assembly Election 2022, it is found that a registered recognized party in Delhi and Punjab, having the election symbol ‘Broom’, may be used as the election symbol for recognition as a State Party in Goa. (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968, fulfills the conditions laid down in para 6A.
