1 cup: gram flour
1 cup finely chopped: Spinach
2 tbsp: Oil
1 finely chopped green chili
1 inch piece grated : Ginger
1/8 tsp: Ajwain
1/8 tsp: Red chili
to taste: salt
How to make Palak Cheela
To make Palak Chilla, first of all, take a big vessel and put gram flour in it.
After this add some water to it and stir it with the help of a spoon to make a thin batter.
Now add all the vegetables in this solution, like green chilies, ginger paste, carom seeds, red chili powder and salt along with spinach and mix well.
Then cover this solution well for at least 10 minutes so that it swells.
Now after this heat the nonstick pan and apply some oil on it.
When the griddle becomes hot, put 2 to 3 spoons of cheela batter on the griddle and spread the cheela thinly with a spoon.
Then put a little oil around the cheela with a spoon and put some oil on the cheela as well.
Roast the cheela on high and medium flame till it turns light brown from the bottom side.
Then after this, turn the cheela over and cook till it turns brown from the other side as well.
When the cheela is well roasted from both the sides, take it off and keep it in a plate.
Now cook all the chiles in the same way.
Take your Palak Chilla from the ready.
