Those who observe fast during Navratri sometimes feel dizzy or weak. The reason for this is the lack of energy in the body and in the meantime, if you go to the office or outside, then the problem can increase further.

All you have to do is take some ghee in the pan and roast the makhna. Carry them with you and if you feel low energy in the office, then eat them.
Sabudana: The amount of calories in sago is very high because it is made from starch. If you want, you can fry the sabudana and make its dish. Consume sabudana when you are hungry or feel low energy in the office.
