The teacher is Brahma, the teacher is Vishnu, the teacher is God, the teacher is Maheshwara.
The teacher is directly the Supreme Brahman. I offer my obeisances to that Sri Guru.
Guru is Brahma, Guru is Vishnu, Guru is Shankara. The Guru is the Supreme Being Himself, I salute those Sadgurus.
The root of meditation is the spiritual master, the idol is the root of worship, and the spiritual master is the abode.
The root of mantras is the spiritual master’s words, and the spiritual master’s mercy is the root of liberation.
The foundation of meditation is the image of the Guru, the foundation of worship is the feet of the Guru, the words of the Guru are like mantras, salvation is possible only by the grace of the Guru.
The unbroken sphere which pervades all moving and non-moving.
I offer my obeisances to that blessed spiritual master who has shown me that path.
Salutations to the great Guru who made it possible to perceive the state that pervades the entire universe, all living and mritya (dead).
With the bar of knowledge, the darkness of ignorance is blinded.
