The constant pain in the legs amidst fatigue affects a lot and there is no sleep. All you have to do is heat some mustard oil and massage it on the soles of the feet. Massage the soles for about 5 to 7 minutes and sleep after removing the oil from the cloth.
Here medicated milk means to prepare milk in Ayurvedic way. For this, take lukewarm milk and add 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder, a pinch of turmeric and cardamom powder to it. After mixing these things in milk, boil it again and drink it after sip-sip when it is lukewarm.
