You can do this exercise while reducing or even in between works. Here we will show you a list of 2-minute exercises that you can easily follow daily.



    Air Squats
    (up to 20 seconds)

    By doing this exercise, your weight will be reduced easily. Not only this, your body also comes in shape.

    How to do

    • stand straight first
    • Take the feet away from the shoulders. With this straighten the arms.
    • bring the hips back towards the ground
    • Just like when you sit on the chair.
    • Keep in mind that your hips should be below your knees.
    • Stay in this position continuously for some time. After that you become normal.
    • Repeat this exercise.

    Front & Back Lunges
    (up to 30 seconds)

    This is a very effective exercise. This exercise increases balance and stability in the body. It also improves and increases flexibility in the hips.

    How to do

    • In this, keep your feet hip and width apart.
    • After this take a step forward, then slowly bend both knees until your back knee is just above the floor.
    • Then stand up and then step back with the same foot.
    • Now bend both the knees until your back knee is just above the floor.
    • Repeat this back and forth for the entire duration of the set.
    • Now switch legs.

    Jumping jacks)

    By doing this exercise, the whole body gets exercised. You can easily do this at home

    • To do this, keep your feet together and straighten your hands.
    • Now jump and open your feet to shoulder width.
    • Opening the legs, bring the hands to the measure of your head.

    Mountain Climber
    (up to 30 seconds)

    This exercise is especially for reducing belly fat. Along with this, the whole body gets exercised.

    • Now bend the knee of your right leg and bring it towards your chest.
    • After this, straighten the legs under the right knee.
    • Now straighten the right leg. Now bring the knee of your left leg towards the chest.
    • Keeping your hips straight, move your knee in and out.
    • Keep doing this exercise for your time duration.
