ICMR gave big information
Giving further information, ICMR said that at present, the equipment required for this is not available in the laboratory. For this, orders have been given to the officials. Now Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratory has now become one of the 15 labs in the country where monkeypox will be tested. On the other hand, Dr. KD Singh, Superintendent of Amritsar Medical College said that ICMR had authorized VDRL in GMC out of total 15 laboratories across the country to conduct monkeypox test.
