Heart patients think that by exercising they will control the level of cholesterol and sugar in the body, but this does not happen in every case. Heart patients should consult their physician before going to the gym or doing any exercise. Do it only when the doctor tells you to exercise. Also ask how much exercise is to be done.
If a person is already suffering from coronary heart disease, then he should be very careful while exercising. If you are already suffering from heart diseases, then definitely give this information to the gym trainer. Do not do heavy workouts in the gym. Do not run on the treadmill for more than 20 minutes. On this point the gym trainer should also note that the heart patient should not use the treadmill for more than 20 minutes and at a speed of more than 10.

If a person falls unconscious during a workout and has a cardiac arrest, then his life can be saved by giving CPR and he can be admitted to the nearest hospital in time.
