Mamta government sent a notice to the director
On the one hand, there is an uproar in Bengal regarding ‘The Kerala Story’, on the other hand, now another film has come under the target of Mamta Sarkar. According to the information received, this film is based on the fundamentalist organization Rohingya Muslims of West Bengal and this film claims true events. In such a situation, taking quick action, Mamta Sarkar caught the notice to the director. Now the director has been sent a notice under Section 41A of CrPC for questioning at AMHERST police station in West Bengal and has been called for questioning on May 30.
When will the film be released
At present, it is believed that the film will be released in August 2023, but there is no official information about it. If reports are to be believed, a case has been registered in this case under sections 120(B), 153A, 501, 504, 505, 295A of IPC and sections 66D, 84B of the IT Act and section 7 of the Cinematography Act. At the same time, after this notice, the director’s lawyer said that everything is ready from his side and he is ready to fight the legal battle. Now looking at all this it is clear that this controversy is big.
