On Thursday, the District Court of Indore issued a warrant against KRK and fixed May 10 as the date of the next hearing. Explain that, on behalf of Manoj Bajpayee’s lawyer, it was said in the application that, Kamal Rashid Khan is aware of the ongoing case against him but he does not appear in the hearing with the intention of delaying it. On the other hand, it was said on behalf of KRK’s lawyer that the proceedings against him should be stayed as the matter has now reached the Supreme Court.

In fact, after KRK’s tweet in 2021, Manoj Vajpayee had filed a case against him. KRK had targeted the web series “The Family Man” in his tweet. He said that he came to know about the story of Manoj’s show from comedian Sunil Pal, in which both his wife and minor daughter have boyfriends. With this, KRK had written Manoj as an addict and bald while doing evil for the further story.
