Gopinathan will remain in this post till September 15 so that he can help K Krithivasan. The company said in a statement that after an illustrious career of 22 years in Tata Consultancy Services and working as MD and CEO for the last six years, Rajesh Gopinathan has decided to step down from the post.
K Krithivasan became the new CEO
TCS has designated K Krithivasan, the current president and global head of the BFSI business group, as CEO with immediate effect. According to the statement, the board of directors has nominated Krithivasan as the CEO. His appointment will be effective from March 16, 2023. He will work with Rajesh Gopinathan for a smooth transition at the top and will be appointed as MD and CEO in the next financial year.

Talking about his future plans, he said that some ideas are in his mind.
