    According to the Hurun Global Rich List 2023 report, there are 70 percent billionaires in the world who have achieved this title on their own. In which many names like Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Gautam Adani have been included.

    Self Made Billionaires In World

    Some people inherit the wealth of their forefathers and due to that they come in the list of the world’s rich, but there are many people in the world who worked hard to become rich or wealthy and become billionaires on their own. There are many billionaires in the world including India who have achieved the title of being billionaires on their own.

    According to the Hurun Global Rich List 2023 report, there are 70 percent billionaires in the world who have achieved this title on their own. In which many names like Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Gautam Adani have been included. Only 30 percent of billionaires have inherited the wealth of their ancestors, due to which they are included in the list of billionaires of the world. Some self-made billionaires include others.

    Domination of women in Self Made Women

    This year, 247 self-made women have made it to the list, which is 22 less than last year. Among them, the number of self-made women from China is 81 percent. 76-year-old Diane Hendricks, a resident of Oklahoma, became the world’s richest self-made woman for the first time with a net worth of $17 billion. Meanwhile, Francoise Bettencourt Meyers, owner of L’Oreal, is the richest woman in the world with $80 billion.

    In terms of billionaires, India ranks third in the 2023 M3M Hurun Global Rich List. In terms of the number of billionaires, China is about 5 times bigger than India. The report states that the global rank of Indians in the M3M Hurun Global Rich List is increasing at the fastest rate in India’s modern history. For example, Gautam Adani & Family has gained more than 437 ranks in the last 10 years.

    The wealth of billionaires decreased by $ 1.3 trillion

    The Hurun Global Rich List 2023 has seen a decline in the number of billionaires, which is 8 percent less than last year. According to the report, at present there are 3,112 billionaires in the world. Whose net worth has decreased by 10 percent i.e. $ 1.3 trillion. Of them, 1,078 increased their wealth, with 176 new entries. Meanwhile, 2,479 saw their wealth remain the same or decrease, while 445 dropped out of the list. The billionaires had an average age of 66 and belonged to 69 countries and 2,356 companies.
